Any personal data collected by the Brass Band of Battle Creek will be used solely for internal purposes related to concert ticket sales, patron communication, or fundraising. We will never share the personal data of our patrons with any person or entity outside of our organization.
The data we collect includes names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses that are provided to us in the course of ticket purchases and donations through our website, mail-in forms, phone calls to our office, and in-person purchases onsite at events. We maintain historical data regarding patron ticket purchases and donations to the Brass Band of Battle Creek, which is registered as a tax-exempt charity under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
