Patrons with Special Needs
The Brass Band of Battle Creek is strongly committed to making our concerts accessible to all patrons. The information presented here is to assist persons with disabilities, their companions, and families so that you can have a safe and comfortable experience.
Tickets for Accessible Seating
- Special seating options are available for mobility-impaired persons and their companions and families. There are seating locations that are wheelchair-accessible and scooter accessible, where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to chairs.
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible and companion seating can be purchased by phone or at the box office on the night of the performance (if available).
Accessible Parking
A limited number of handicapped parking spaces are available in the small lot located to the right of the main entrance to the auditorium. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles displaying a DMV handicapped parking hangtag or license plate. Early arrival is encouraged as these spaces fill up.
Access to the Building
There is a barrier-free entry to W.K. Kellogg Auditorium with automatic doors and a ramp located at the side door to the right of the main entrance.
Accessible Restrooms
All W.K. Kellogg Auditorium restrooms are fully accessible.
Service Animals
Trained guide dogs and service animals are welcome in W.K. Kellogg Auditorium. If you have any questions please contact the House Manager.
